This beautiful and sensual Desk lamp belongs to a series of design objects all inspired by the feminine forms of “caciocavallo”, one of the typical products of the Italian food and wine tradition. This too was born by playing with the shapes and proportions of matter. Like the best creations, this too was born by playing with the shapes and proportions of the material after observing the plastic sensuality of some caciocavalli hanging in a cellar in a mountain village in the twilight of the afternoon. Each piece is unique and accompanied by a certificate that guarantees its originality. The shapes and sizes are variable up to a maximum of 25x25x25 cm. The product is 3D printed with biodegradable white PLA and complete with 40 watt LED lamp and lamp holder with type-approval to current safety standards.

The pot-bellied shape of the lamp lies comfortably on the table. During the day its sculptural presence awaits resting at dusk, when it turns into a kind of small bright planet. This lamp is produced with 3D printers in PLA - White. Each piece is unique, in fact the basic 3D model, through some algorithms, is enriched by a slight relief textures which gives a very particular character to the translucency of the lampshade.
